ALWAYS HAVE THE TICKET READY FOR SCANNING AT THE ENTRANCE

It is not allowed to use other locations than the ticket purchased. Carefully familiarize yourself with where you bought the ticket and use the entrance on the ticket. All entrances will be well marked.

Culture discount for Youth is available for all concerts except in Alexandraparken. Applies to young people from 15-20 years and is a scheme under the auspices of Møre og Romsdal County Municipality. The discount is personal, and each young person can therefore only buy one ticket.

Everyone with a Kulturrabatt ticket must show identification at the entrance to the concert venue.

Discounted tickets for students with approved student ID available. Evidence must be presented unsolicited at entrance.

The ticket is a security, lost tickets will not be replaced.

Resale of tickets at above face value is illegal.

Purchased tickets are non-refundable.

Photo and video bans apply to all events.

Smoking only allowed in marked areas.

Bottles, drinks, food, chairs, animals, alcohol, cameras, and umbrellas are forbidden to bring to our concerts.

Admission: 30 min. before the start of the concert.

Companion: The holder of a companion certificate from his municipality can buy 1 companion ticket per. concert. Valid escort certificate must be presented at the entrance. Our hosts at the venues are happy to help guide you to the venue, and explain the easiest way to the toilet, bar and other facilities. Unfortunately, we cannot assist with help with toilets etc.

Also contact our hosts if you come with your own wheelchair and want to sit in it. Many of our venues have their own HC seats and there is a limited number of seats in a normal hall layout. We try as far as possible to find good solutions beyond this if we know about it in advance.

Romsdalsmuseet: HC parking and entrance to the area by Gildehallen. Easy access and good accessibility to the arena on gravel roads. Own wheelchairs stand with good views and roof. HC toilet at the entrance. Own host assists, and at the grandstand, get in touch if needed. Wheelchairs with a companion are given priority in the grandstand itself if it is full. It is possible to sit in a wheelchair next to and around the grandstand if you wish. It is not allowed with separate chairs beyond wheelchairs in the arena, and there are restrictions in front of the stage.

Kikkans Hall: Ramps from sidewalks into the tent, and inside the tent. HC toilet available. Contact the hosts on site for questions, accompaniment, and any help up the ramp.

Molde Cathedral: Access via ramp into the church right at the main entrance. Separate HC toilet in the porch. Wheelchair spaces at the ends of the rows of seats and at the sides.

Bjørnsonhuset: Arranged with HC seating, lift to gallery (not wheelchair spaces in the gallery), and separate HC toilet. No thresholds. Report if you want to use your own wheelchair.

Teatret Vårt: Own HC seats, lift, separate HC toilet. No thresholds.

Storyville: Adapted, both from the outside and inside the elevator. Own HC toilet in foyer.

Alexandraparken: Separate HC entrance on the west side at quay level (easy hill down from the main street). Separate HC toilet available, please contact host for access. Flat, paved area in concert and bar tent, but some thresholds in the form of cableways. Less accessibility inside the upper park area.

Reknesparken: Less accessible terrain for wheelchair users, relatively steep gravel road leading up to an amphitheatre. Feasible with electric wheelchair for outdoor use or push assistance in manual chair. Separate places for HC on the side of the amphitheatre. HC toilet NOT available.

Main street: Easy access. HC toilet available in the city centre at City Hall, Moldetorget shopping centre and hotels.

Council Chamber: Partly organized. There is a lift from the backyard, up a ramp on the 2nd floor.
